- Conducted induction programs for newly joined trainers to enhance their skills and help them with the rules and policies of the working organization
- With the support of the Head of the Department, I did IND SAT programs for foreign students as well as GRE, and GMAT abroad programs for all final year students in the University
- Collected weekly reports from all trainers using excel trackers and reported to the Head of the Department
