  • Process technology absorption form R & D and evaluating criticalities w.r.t process, safety, cost and quality inline to this mapping and plant facility shall be provided.
  • Proving equipment suitability, PFD & P & ID for new and commercial molecules.
  • Evaluation risk associated with process safety by evaluating process safety report for new molecules and preparation of process safety information report –PSI and Process hazardous analysis –PHA accordingly control shall be taken before trial and validation.
  • Hands on experience on process safety management
  • Monitoring of trail and validation batches in plant. If any incident or deviation found during execution same shall be handled through deviation management, investigation of OOT and OOS.
  • Plant trouble shooting w.r.t yield, and quality and safety.
  • Investigation of OOT & OOS by comparing the subjected batch data with regular batches and accordingly CAPA shall be implemented.

  • DMF Overall recovery was improved 23% by proposing in-house recovery column was established with vacuum facility Monthly Saving INR Cr: 0.35
  • DMF Overall recovery was improved 23% by proposing in-house recovery column was established with vacuum facility Monthly Savings INR Cr: 0.03
  • IPC methanol recovery was improved due to methanol loss reduction in Ml'S which in turn due to usage of AVPF for product filtration rather than conventional CF Monthly savings INR Cr: 0.027
  • Palladium Catalyst recovery was improved form 88% to 96% which in turn due to usage of auto catalyst recovery system instead of sparkler & leaf filter Monthly savings INR Cr: 0.05
  • Decreased RMC cost by increasing the output.
  • IPC solvents savings in process by reducing the selling of mixed solvent by proposing effective separation & solvent de-hydration technique.
  • Reducing ~ 8 washings time cycle by proposing LLE for effective impurity washing helps to reduce the utilization of equipment kg/KL cost & overheads.
  • Increased distillation rate under vacuum by calculating evacuation time for minimize the vacuum leakages & by providing vacuum balancing line for the system.
