- Supervising and managing two contractors with 16 man powers and leading there daily work.
- Responsible for guiding them safety points for carry out work on daily basis.
- Lead of Electrical technical team for whole plant electrical and process instrumentation system breakdown, maintenance, and improvement projects.
- Learn and working of HT 33kV LT PCC MCC DG PM/testing and improvement projects identify and lead with A class authorized service contractors and coordination with electricity board team.
- Learn how to lead and guide the team for Machines Critical Electrical & Instrumentation breakdowns and their permanently mitigation solutions.
- Learn how to Process gaps and Instrumentations improvement scopes to reduced batch manufacturing cycle time and raw materials dosing accuracy improvement.
- Analysis performance of all packaging lines and find out scopes for line speed unlocking, debottlenecking and increase in volume growth.
- Inspections for finding low performing machines and arrange for replacement and upgradation of panel controls & Instrumentation systems.
- Expertise in VFDs Allen Bradley- Power Flex all models, Siemens- micro master 440, Danfoss- VLT2800, Fuji– V3F etc.
- Servo Motor & Drives- Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6000, 6500, 5200, 5500, 5700.
- PLC Programming and DIO/AIO module configuration, Power & Communication modules.
- Power / Control wiring and SLD reading understanding & preparation for changes in network.
- Learn of Operation & maintenance knowledge in HT/LT panel, CSS, PPC, MCC, PDB & LDB, ACB, VCB.
- Operational & Technical maintenance knowledge DG system.
- Expertise in Fire Alarm system – Alarm panel, smoke detector, flame detector, beam detector, MCPs and field devices loop etc.
