Cell Culture Techniques

  • Basic Animal Cell Culture Techniques: Media preparation and filtration, thawing, trypsinization and splitting the mammalian cells, cell seeding, drug treatment, assessed protective and therapeutic potential of nanoparticles on cells, cryopreservation of cells
