• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance objectives, safety protocols.

• Monitor and control direction of AFC gates and escalators in accordance with the flow of passengers and in the event of emergency.
• Keep checking cash of the agents as per their shift to ensure that they are not charging excess amount from passengers.
• Maintain various registers and files such as Lost and found, incident registers, mail in and out, etc. to keep proper record of station activities.
• Perform emergency duties when required.
• Revenue collection and prepare Earning Report.
• Crowd management by running escalators in direction to lower down the crowd in station and slow down the frisking by security forces.
• Arrange assistance for passengers with disabilities.
• Attend customer grievances.
• Handle abnormal situations such as crowd management, station evacuation etc.
• Perform various drills every month to always ready to handle any emergency situation if occurs on the station.

As a Train Operator

• Operated train cars safely and efficiently according to established protocols.
• Responsible for driving the train in accordance with the Train Control System
• Troubleshoot failure in the train when required
• Manual operations of the train (in degraded mode) in case of any failure.
• Monitored train operations, ensured adherence to safety regulations, and reported any irregularities or problems to supervisors.
• Performed daily pre-trip inspections of equipment, including brakes, lights, horns.
• Assisted passengers with boarding and disembarking from trains in a timely manner.
• Responded quickly to emergency situations such as medical emergencies or mechanical failures by taking appropriate action in accordance with company policies and procedures.
