An effective method to estimate missing value for heterogeneous dataset

In this project we are able to confine our own method in case of predicting a missing value in a data set. Moreover there will be also a problem in retrieving the original data for analysis or to make a difference in comparison between different techniques and validation measures that is to be applied to justify the result in a more pure and satisfactory form. Though we cant make the exact estimation but we can estimate a nearer value that can help out for analysis and to get a view of that missing data.
