Consent NA project is a part of Customer Data Products group within GDIA which deals with Customer Consent Transactions from both digital and non-digital channels globally including business rules. These serve as a real time interface for managing Consent related permissions, preferences and suppressions at FORD.

Product Electronic Data Warehouse (PEDW) project process Caterpillar (CAT) information like Customers, Equipment’s and Dealers in order to provide good services to their customers. Caterpillar equipment’s like heavy duty machines sends the machine full information like machine owner, dealer, machine work hours, machine fuel consumption, machine location(Latitude and Longitude) with the help of inbuilt electronic chip to Satellite through GPS. PEDW will receive these data, process it using ETL tool and displays the results as reports to the Caterpillar Business/Service/Support team. With the help of these reports Caterpillar team will provide good services/support to their customers. It will notify the customers for their machine maintenance service and in case if there are any machine failure and requires parts change.

DSOWEB – Personal Health Record (PHR) project deals with electronic universally available, lifelong resource of health information needed by individuals to make health decisions. The PHR contains the member information and claims which include Medical, Pharmacy and Lab. Personal ID generated by URSULA engine will be merged onto the data files created in the extraction process.
