This project is development of Securitization annex 9 and 12 reports. Securitization is an important part of the UK's capital markets. We want to ensure that firms operating in the financial markets, and businesses in the real economy, have access to an appropriate range of funding tools and that disclosure to investors is adequate.

Strategic Data warehouse (SDW) project (Loan Sales):

UK Government is carrying out a program of asset sales with the purpose of

• Reducing Public Sector Net Debt (PSND) while not having a significant impact on public sector net borrowing
• To ensure there was no detrimental impact on borrowers
• To achieve value for money

SDW project provides the capability of producing critical post sale extracts and investor summary report to UKGI.

Responsibilities:

As a MicroStrategy Architect, my responsibilities included:

• Gathering requirements from Business and converting them to High level and Low level Technical design documents.
• Providing optimal solutions for Business based on requirements.
• Finalizing the requirements and providing estimation for project development based on complexity of business requirements.
• Managing the team of 6 members and mentoring them through Individual development plan.
• Provide operational support for project management through resource utilization, billing etc.
• Participate in Business proposal calls and prepare proposals and estimates for new projects.
• Interviewing suitable candidates for BI projects.
• Participating in campus recruitment drives.

• Developed the STFC Root cause analysis project to find the root cause of the orders that are shipped late from factory which resulted in improvement in STFC Metrics up to 12%. (From 78% to 90%).
