Managed different VAVE projects on water treatment products, Involving tasks like:

• Conceptual Design Creation using CAD software,
• System viability and feasibility analysis,
• Performing Design calculations and doing pre-analysis using CAD software,
• Analyzing the FEA and CFD reports to finalize the best design concept,
• Performing ASME (ASME BPVC VIII, B31.3, Sec.X, B16.5) calculation to ensure the system safety under different load conditions (press., wind, wave, shipping, temp. etc..).

Involved in Design modification work on injection molded parts.

Performed Linear static analysis (FEA) for different components (Shell, flanges, Tophead, tube sheet, etc..)Using Autodesk Inventor and ANSYS.

Conducted some online Training regarding products and tools for new employees.

Projects & Achievements:

Gravity filling valve - Designed and developed GFV with auto level cut off. By this valve the wastage of water in filling process enormously reduced.
By using this valve, Water level in the container is maintained for a certain limit and the over flowing and wastage of water is been avoided.
Isobaric filling valve - Designed and developed Isobaric filling valve which is used to fill the soft drink products.
Louver punching machine
Designed and developed Louver punch tool and die for Air conveyor system. Through this new design effective air flow is achieved in empty bottles conveyor system.

Liquid Nitrogen Dosing System

Dosing of cryogenic liquid (LN2) in a liquid product filled container for pressurization and increasing the shelf life of the product.
Roles and Responsibility
Designing and developing vacuum jacketed storage tank and high speed LN2 actuating system.
