• Set the standards for footwear manufacturing process
• Achieve 90% efficiency in Athleisure production with customer like Sketches and Puma.
• Prepare layouts for new plant / project and execute the project plan.
• Conducting Risk Assessment meeting before O series and ensure production friendly process, Automation, material quality standards and other tooling kit.
• Ensure First time right quality from Bulk trail to first shipment in Athleisure production.

• Taking care of multiple footwear manufacturing units at Tata international interm of Industrial engineering activities.
• Check and Verify time study report which prepared in SATRA TIMELINE by IED Team for cut to pack process..
• Assisting planning team to plan 4 weeks upper production plan aligning with customer demand.
• Fixing target for each line and achieve target with our Team.
• Conducting weekly upper & fullshoe production performance review meeting with production team to improve operational efficiency.
• Layout and process setting for new articles as per SOP and costed manpower.
• Review the upper lines once a new article line setting, Identify bottleneck areas and investigate the problem to give solution / remedies.
• Monitoring upper production and full shoe production and generating statistical reports (Daily / weekly / Monthly / Yearly) using Excel.
• Providing standard minutes to costing to calculate Labour & Overhead cost for new styles.
• Co-ordination with PED and suggest process for better productivity.
