Python & AWS Automation (Primary Focus): Led the SRE Automation initiative, significantly improving operational efficiency using Python and core AWS services.

Gained hands-on experience working within the Kubernetes environment to deploy and verify Cloud-Native Functions (CNF) of Ribbon products, optimizing application deployment cycles and scalability.
CI/CD Pipeline Development:
Built and managed robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline, integrating with repositories like GitLab and Bitbucket, to automate build, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable software releases.
Innovation & Awards: Demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation through internal R&D competitions:
Technothon Winner (2020): Achieved recognition for automating the deployment and cleanup of AWS Spot Instances by leveraging Python, Jenkins, and core AWS services, reducing operational costs.
Technothon Finalist (2025): Developed an advanced automation tool using Python to generate custom Ansible playbooks for declarative provisioning, streamlining infrastructure configuration management.
Achieved Finalist status 3 times overall, including winning the Best Presentation Award (2019) for implementing Alexa voice control in automation suites.
Product Verification: Tested Virtual Session Border Controllers (SBC) on multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and verified PSX and RAMP within the Kubernetes/CNF environment, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., call flow, media quality, CDR verification) were met.
