Configured modules for employee data, organization structures, and workflows; handled end-to-end data migration ensuring accuracy and integrity. Integrated SuccessFactors with payroll, benefits, and time management systems for a unified HR experience. Conducted unit, system, and UAT testing to ensure system stability and performance. Provided training and user documentation, ensuring smooth adoption and transition during go-live and post-implementation support. Support and Maintenance: Resolved technical issues related to employee data, structure, and workflows, minimizing system downtime.
