• Reduce the Torn pieces downgrade from 0.02MTD to 0.01MTD to save the Cost of a downgrade pcs upto Rs. 0.73Lac/Month.

• Reduce the weaving NCR detention from 6500Hours to 3200Hours continues to reduce till 760Hours/ Month saving Cost Rs. 5.28Lac / Month.

• Automation done in SAP zpp007n manual doffs confirmation to Bar Code Scanning Auto Confirmation Benefits: Ageing reduction, FIFO Adherence, Real-time doffs confirmation, Paperless working environment & Set Moral.

• Automation done in packing material confirmation lot wise to sale order wise made new SAP T-Code zpp213n Automation done.

• Improvement in Lot making the window for FIFO base Po wise issuance made new SAP T- Code zpp022t and implement FIFO check on same due date sale orders for avoiding production loss in CSP in AP orders and completion of orders according to FIFO.

• Automation is done in SAP T-Code ZPP022T lot wt. sync with PO enters wt to avoid manual editing in Wt. during punching.
