• Handling approximately 50 vendors for packaging materials and 5 co packers for production of traded salt.

• Handling production to cater the market demand, preparation of Dashboard of production for management to have visibility of traded salt operations.
• Outbound logistics for traded salt via Road and Rail transport, coordination with CTA for planned train rake movements.

• Controlling the rejection percentage of the vendors, implementing vendor reliability program and ensuring decrease in rejection percentage. Carrying out vendor performance audits, ensuring no quality complaints and timely deliveries

Handled end to end procurement function for Dairy business from inception. Implementation of systems and procedures and setting up the business function from materials department.

Handled Procurement of RM and PM and was heading the packaging development for the stationary range.
