• Designed, implemented, and integrated control performance and design report automation for firm-wide controls. The scope covers ~80K assets and ~60 controls
• The automatic report curation saves ~600 manhours per quarter

Architecture uplifts

• Implemented deployment pipeline for HAProxy (Reverse Proxy) for Technology Risk microservices. Benefits are seen in better uptime and blue-green deployment capability
• Deployed and migrated reference data to Elastic Search clusters enabling significantly better query times for the Technology Risk reporting dashboard
• Improved alerting and fault monitoring by integrating Fabric and Prometheus
• Designed a central proxy service to route traffic to multiple Elastic Search clusters

• Led the Control and Risk Profile Bangalore team
• Connected with multiple stakeholders across Internal Audit, Governance, Operational Risk, and Core Engineering to integrate solutions and onboard applications to the central reporting dashboard

Control Adoption and Reporting

• Developed and helped design the application for firm-wide control measurement, assessment, and reporting. The application helped eliminate an entire manual workflow for the firm
• Application developed using ReactJS and Java

• Worked with the design team to revamp the home screen for Urban Clap's (now Urban Company) primary iOS application

• Worked with the iOS development team to refactor the application code and migrate from the MVC pattern to the MVVC pattern
• Migrated older bits of Objective-C to Swift
