1. Green Ammonia Phase - 1 (FEED) | L&T Energy Green Tech, Kandla, Gujarat (Apr 25 - Present)

  • Co-leading the project and handling individually multiple vessels, 6 S&T heat exchangers, and a tall column for the ammonia plant.

2. PDH - Polypropylene Unit (Proposal) | Petronet LNG Ltd., Dahej, Gujarat (May 25 - Present)

  • Design and WV preparation for 17 vessels, 2 tall columns, 9 S&T heat exchangers, and a double pipe exchanger with EIL as PMC.
  • Technical offer review of electric heaters, proprietary reactor, and internals.

3. Technical Ammonium Nitrate Plant | CFCL, Kota, Rajasthan (Sept 23 - May 25)

  • Responsible for detail engineering until the site erection of 19 S&T heat exchangers, including 6 plant-critical exchangers as identified by the consultant, 3 vessels, 6 PHEs, and a falling film evaporator, with a total order value of 90 crore INR.
  • Thermal optimization discussions with the PHE vendor saved numerous titanium plates, cutting the project cost by 1.2 lakh INR.
  • Coordinated vendor visits to facilitate fabrication clearance of critical stacked exchangers to timely achieve mechanical completion, optimizing processes and saving approximately 25 workdays and earning recognition from senior leadership, including the heads and the company vice president.
  • Resolving technical issues faced during equipment fabrication, such as rod baffle tolerance, tube-to-tubesheet junction weld, Ti weld at the site, stacked equipment transportation and erection, and many others.

4. Green Diesel & Bio-ATF Production Plant (Proposal) | HPCL Trijet, Andhra Pradesh (2025)

  • Mechanical design of multiple AES-type (floating type) heat exchangers.
  • Thermal and fan design of the air cooler using HTRI and Cofimco software, respectively, to estimate approximately the equipment layout, equipment weight, and electrical load list.

5. De-Coke Cyclones - Cracker Furnace (Proposal) | BPCL Bina, Madhya Pradesh (2025)

  • Mechanical design of a vertical 18 m long tube AEM-type transfer line exchanger (TLE) with a 4-convoluted ring-reinforced Inconel 625 thin bellow, reducing the required thickness by 120 mm, i.e., 600 kg of forging.
  • Design and WV preparation for 13 non-standard transfer line pipe flanges operating at elevated pressure and temperature for RFQ.

6. Hydrogen Production Plant (Proposal) | Vertex Hydrogen, Stanley, UK (2023)

  • Material requisition (MR) preparation, review of technical offers, and technical bid evaluation (TBE) for plate heat exchangers, electric heaters, and CO₂ dehydration package.
