Roles and Responsibilities

• Accountable to create, maintain, ensuring accuracy and structure of Bill of Materials (BOM) for the respective projects in ERP. Worked in BOM Creation and as a Change Analyst managing the Work Flow Management of the Overseeing consuming of BOM and maintain the changes in the BOM as per the ECO / TCN.
• Understanding Customer requirement and product CTQ and responsible for Prototype manufacturing, planning, assembly and testing of the assemblies, developing customized products based on Customer requirements and continuous up-gradation of product quality.
• Preparation of PFC (Process flow chart), CP (Control Plan) and FMEA (Failure Mode Effective Analysis), DFM analysis. Maintaining stick relationship with Customer’s engineering and project management and close the technical gap
• Requirements gathering defining & preparation of manufacturing flow & manufacturing Instructions for new products and change in existing processes. Analyzing of drawings industry standards & Customer requirements
• Documented and updated build, quality and performance records.
• Tested completed projects for functionality and implemented changes to production methods to rectify issues in final products.
• Interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports for product conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
• Collaborated with design team to identify and manage project deliverables for customer orders.
• Implemented process improvements that led to reduced response times for customer inquiries without sacrificing quality of service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leading a cross functional team and manage all aspects of new product development, documentation, Customer interaction and execution
• Leading the NPI program and connect Customer with Internal CFT about all product related information and requirements
• 4M readiness preparation and discussion with CFT
• Understanding Customer requirement and product CTQ and responsible for Prototype manufacturing, planning, assembly and testing of the assemblies, developing customized products based on Customer requirements and continuous up-gradation of product quality

• Provide standard part numbering for all components, validate datasheets, provide alternates and work closely with SCM for material procurement and provide flow down technical and quality requirements to suppliers
• Study analysis of component for manufacturing capability (MSL, MSD, BGA, Component finish & temperature) of various process like leaded, lead-free
• Preparation of PFC (Process flow chart), CP (Control Plan) and FMEA (Failure Mode Effective Analysis), DFM analysis
• Maintaining stick relationship with Customer’s engineering and project management and close the technical gap
• Requirements gathering defining & preparation of manufacturing flow & manufacturing Instructions for new products and change in existing processes
• Analyzing of drawings industry standards & Customer requirements
• Perform technical study, Risk mitigation, DFM study, Component study, Special process qualification (Cross section, Stress & Strain measurement etc.), PCB Penalization, Feasibility & Complexity study, Tooling requirements and Packaging proposals
• To review and approve incoming material based on the Engineering drawing requirement and manage supplier for customized part development
• To prepare detailed Inspection plan and submit first article inspection reports, compliance reports and Customer specific documentations for qualification
• Review and maintain Customer approvals, feed-backs, lessons learnt, qualification documents, build results like AOI, X-Ray, Inspection, ICT, FCT, cleanliness test etc…
• Carried out Analysis of process failures for Customer complaints using statistical approach and implement short term and long term corrective action and interacted with Customer for the successful product execution
• Implement KAIZEN and Business excellence ideas for quality assurance, productivity and cost reduction

• Inspect the PCBA by AOI & identify the defects
• Hand placement of SMT& THT Component as per the BOM & Assembly CAD
