Business Overview: An international parcel delivery service for sorter-compatible parcels. The
company is based in the United Kingdom and operates mainly in the express road-based market. We
have customized Salesforce to run end-to-end support for the Customer support process.

Project 1: BAU Model

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participated in solutioning and estimation for user stories.
• Conducted code reviews and introduced new processes to enhance code quality.
• Provided client support and resolved live issues.
• Engaged in requirement-gathering calls with end users.
