- I worked on the Telecom Product Billing System and Customer Support (BSCS). This was used as the main Billing software by many national Telecom operators like Airtel, Vodafone Idea and Bangladeshi operators like ROBI & Grameen Phone.
- I also as a support consultant for European client like Telefonica Germany & Netherlands.
- My final project, was service support project associate where I provided support to the various tech stacks for Telefonica Germany.
