Currently supporting a leading Crude oil and energy producer and trading company with ETRM solutions. Managing 30 applications supported by 5 leads and 30 member team, focusing on Client and project management is part of job role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Induce Continuous improvement and innovative ideas within teams to manage and promote new ways of working.
• Communicate business people on severity and sensitivity of issues and make sure right solution is applied on time.
• Project Management reviews.
• Weekly and Monthly status reporting to higher management on Project Health and KPI adherence.

Key highlights:

• Created Dashboard in service now, which would give complete insight of Incident, Problem, Change and Release management to IT team managers and Client Operation Managers, which is currently used by Client and AMS leads.
• Identified and Managed risk involved in business during War time. Facilitated client with weekly reports on additional insights on various aspects of ETRM process, which was highly appreciated by Client.
• Being Process Specialist, I ampart of Client driven ITIL Process Governance team, where bidirectional feedback flows. Suggested few best practices to be tailored in service now.
• With continuous improvement drives within team, was able to reduce backlogs of ticket by 15% in span of 1 year, which helped with FTE reduction in Fixed price model in-turn helping with profit.
• Shown considerable improvements in couple of applications where MTTR and MTBF were concerns with client.
• Handled few tough stake holders and made sure client is happy with our deliverables by frequent engagement and feedback technique to achieve green Net Promoter score(NPS).

Worked on DB2 upgrade project, helping out Alcatel-Lucent to keep application up-to date and maintain system health pre and post upgrade.

Key Achievements:

Created a Tool on .NET framework which would stream line and speed up communication process during Major incidents. Tool will provide Templates, Distribution lists, ticket tagging, tracking of status and reminders for communication. This was present in innovation forum and was adapted by other projects.

Providing production support for “Subscriber Transaction Management System” used by DirecTV -A leading Television and entertainment based out of United States.

Providing production support for various in-house applications used by Coles(Leading Australia based retailer).
