• Verification of PO and JWO and GRN details to match with Tax invoice.
• Making payment to vendors on timely basis (Advance payment and against Invoice).
• Co-ordinating with internal auditors for yearly book closure.
• Maintaining and booking Prepaid expense.
• Maintaining and booking Provisions.
• Vendor ledger reconciliation.
• Employee reimbursement.
