•Providing a seamless onboarding process and personal service experience for global reseller partners,corporate customers, and US local network liaisons.

•Working with Education operations team and multiple departments within the organization including Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Technology, and Marketing.
•Developing and delivering training or tech support for partners when required

•Supporting operational project management.
•Driving incremental indirect revenue by participating in partner’s business review and revenue forecasting activities.
•Working closely with the Global Sales department to build Strong Funnel.
•Activities Involved like Presentations, Retention of existing accounts and developing the business potential there.

•Establish excellent working relationships with the client representatives who also operate at a group level within their business
