  • Majorly handling the residential & commercial (CRM Department).
  • Responsible for providing Pre-sales and post-sales services to the clients for example: Statement of Customer Accounts. Instalments Status. Project Status, Construction Status. Demand Status. Receipts Status.
  • Interest status Majorly handling defaulters and solving their issues.

  • Managing clients for registration formalities and providing them full and final status to process for registration.

  • Coordinating with various departments' example, site office, legal department, Accounts department & system department etc. Resolving customer grievances claims through phone, e-mails, written Communication (letters) and personal meetings by coordinating with various Departments such as Legal, Accounts, etc.
  • Looking after the collection of dues for projects.
  • Sending reminders/final notices for collection timely.
  • Coordinating with financial institutions and brokers for timely remittance of dues.
  • Settling Interest issue case individually.
  • Coordinating with Bank Team for issuing TPT and PTM.
  • Coordination with calling team for collection.
  • Direct follow-up with major defaulters and solving cases with approval from management.
