Goods Received Note Preparation (SAP - MIGO).
Verification of the inward material as per the bill and actual physical receipt.
Monitoring of RM/PM stock (SAP - MB52).
Engineering Material Physical Stock Verification as per SAP stock (SAP - MB52).
Review and Release of Engineering Material Purchase Requisition (SAP - ME55 / ME54N).
Review and update the reorder level of engineering materials regularly.
Follow up with the Concern Department for slow-moving and non-moving items.
Coordinate with users for engineering material quality check.
Raw Material FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) System Follow-up.
Coordinate with the quality department for timely clearance of RM/PM.
Coordinate with Purchasing for the PO amendment (for timely bill passing).
Unloading supervision of Ethyl and HSD in terms of safety.
Unloading supervision of refined palm oil and palmolein tankers.
Rejected material segregation and storage in specific areas.
Rejected material is to be sent back to the vendor with proper documents.
Raw material loading and dispatch to other units.
Unloading contractor bills verification.
Raw material storage as per GMP/GHP.
Ensure the timely issuance of RM/PM to the Manufacturing Plant as per Production Planning and requirements (SAP - MIGO).
Material issue posting in software (SAP - MIGO).
Follow up with the purchase for critical stock.
Discrepancy note generation for rejected material (SAP - MIGO).
Coordinate with accounts for vendor invoice (sale invoice) generation against the discrepancy note.
RGP and NRGP Preparation and Record Keeping.
Scrap stock verification and handling as per SOP.
Follow up with scrap vendors to lift the scrap from time to time.
Handling all activities in SAP, i.e., RFQ, service orders, job orders, purchase orders (ME21N, ME22N, ME23N, ME2N, ME2L).
Vendor development as needed.
Send the inquiry to the suppliers, and have a verbal discussion with the suppliers.
Search for new suppliers with the help of available sources, like industrial fairs, Yellow Pages, industrial directories, the web, and industrial contacts.
Call for quotations from a minimum of three suppliers, make a cost comparison statement, and search for the best supplier, taking into consideration price basis, P/F charges, taxes, transportation, etc.
Try to get the maximum discount from authorized dealers/distributors. Fix the Discount (%) Structure on Company Price List
Make the purchase order after it is technically approved by the department in major items.
Follow up with the supplier regarding the timely procurement of materials and pending orders.
Create the new items in the SAP.
Create a list of the Approved Vendor Master List as per ISO requirements.
Follow up on the bill passing with stores for timely payment to the party.
Make amendments if necessary in any clause of the purchase order as per ISO requirements.
Coordinate with the transporter for time-to-time delivery.
