As an Analyst in CPE Operations, provide support to all Deloitte US and USI CPA professionals in their Licenses renewal process
Interact and coordinate with delivery teams to determine the course objectives, various design elements and thus develop the course and training material
Publishing the developed courses into the Nextgen system, enable them to successfully get delivered to the enrolled learners, generate polling codes and reports, review and reconcile the attendance documents for each training and post credits in SABA and Deloitte CPE tracker
Track and follow up for discrepancies in documentation and perform quality audits post reconciliation
Strong knowledge on LMS systems like LAS, SABA, Centra; have good hands on experience working on Salesforce (SFDC)
Proficient in working with various applications/software's used for conducting sessions like SABA meeting, Zoom, ON24, Elite, WebEx, GlobalMeet, EventBase, Boomset
Contributed to process document preparation, Clean up projects, process improvement/development plans, New hire training and onboarding, training deck preparation
