Softbank Robotics Group is the world’s largest robotics solutions company. It’s an Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven Technology company that specialises in making functional robots to make mundane tasks easy. Established in Australia in September 2019, we planned on building a team of 500 members in (Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane) Australia over 5 years. We had ambitious plans and intend to have over 50,000 subscriptions of our first product, an AI based commercial robotic vacuum cleaner ‘Whiz’ in the next 5 years. As a part of the APAC HR Team, I supported the Australia team run operations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Role: As Officer-HRBP, was responsible for end-to-end HR Service Delivery for 1000 employees who were a part of Intelenet Global Services’ (now called Teleperformance) largest client; Trans Union which at that time was the largest Credit Rating Agency in USA and was running its back-end operations and Customer Service Centre from Mumbai-India.
