Product: Fusion Applications, OCI |Description: Responsible for the management of FABS CI/CD Framework, FA SaaS Cloud Data Quality, FA Cloud Lifecycle Management Operations, FA Cloud / On-Premise Data Integration, FA Cloud Diagnostics, FA Cloud Monitoring across the SaaS fleet.

• My team and myself responsible for central portfolio of Fusion Application frameworks including Spectra Services, APEX integration, Middleware and Database Integration. I worked in developing the FABS CI/CD frameworks for Fusion Applications. Also as a additional task worked in enabling security compliance / audits / SLAPS scans in the factory, and work very closely with SaaS Security teams.
• Worked in automating the cloud deployment frameworks for Fusion Applications and Spectra Services. This cohort process way of deployment decreased operation costs in Fusion cloud space by 50%.
• As part of the Forensic team, ensures world-class, global SaaS/Cloud application performance, scalability and global availability with a high SLA achievement for the Fusion Suite of products.
• Actively work with various teams that provide 24x7 operations support, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem Management, and assist the teams to close out issues in a timely manner across the production and non-production environments.
• Responsible for driving and managing the programs and projects related to the RCA process for the SaaS Fleet.
• Develop and implement new processes/tools for tracking and reporting the issues, and solution delivery timelines across all the teams. Main interface between SaaS /Cloud Ops and FA Operations/development teams in building standard templates for bug analysis and RCA reporting. Responsible for the specifications for new dashboards for reporting the various metrics, as well as specifications for new and/or enhancing existing
• Drive the delivery timelines on all the key issues identified at the Fleet Management meetings and follow up with all the teams to report back the progress on a weekly basis. Establish a mechanism for process improvement feedback during the entire RCA process to improve the timely resolution of customer issues.

Project: Conduit Application | Client: Ecolab | Description: Conduit is a web application which automates the complete Washing process in the Ecolab Textile care division. PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) is connected to washing machines, which reads values continuously. We wrote Device Driven Logic to read the values from the PLC (AllenBradley, Beckhoff) and store in our database which will be further used in reporting purpose.

Product: DSE Tool | Description: DSE tool is a highly scalable simulation tool. All global business testing teams in DELL use this tool as a simulation engine for functional testing. It plays a major role in SCM testing.

• Development and maintenance of new market functionalities will be implemented continuously in the tool.
• Globally, all DELL business test teams are using this. In this, I was responsible for complete design and development. This tool has been awarded with Bronze Award.
• Dell IT has several in-house applications which are divided into Order Management Apps, Order Fulfillment Apps & Logistics Apps. Dell IT needed a framework which could reduce the End-End regression cycle, with this framework we were able to bring down the cycle time from 45 days to 10 days. This is a hybrid framework which does DB validation, UI validation, XML validation, Web service validation. Integrating TFS Lab Manger With the Automation Frame Work.
• Involved in Developing and stabilizing the framework. We Developed a generic code which does DB-DB comparisons
• Developed a Scheduler to run automation test scripts using Windows Task Scheduler Wrapper, MS Test & Windows Shell Script.Implemented Email reporting for sending Automation test results
• Developed a generic code which does web service validation and Script for Automated Defect Reporting based on the result.
• Developed a web application to view all the Automation test results.
• Involved in Quality assurance, solution design and the documentation of design standards, process standards, etc.

Project: eHIS | Client: Apollo Hospitals | Description: Enterprise web application for Apollo hospitals.
