Roles & Responsibilities

• Performed dispatching role where the tickets in place must be assigned to the team members after which it needs to be tracked until those gets resolved. Tracking SLA Adherence and closure of tickets. Maintaining SLA in resolving all the issue.
• Establishing password less connectivity among servers.
