  • Aligned RNA-Seq reads using HISAT2 and quantified expression with FeatureCounts; identified 15,751 DEGs across 78,724 genes using DESeq2 (FDR < 0.05, |log₂FC| ≥ 1).
  • Conducted PCA to validate sample clustering and removed outliers to improve analysis accuracy.
  • Enriched DEGs with GO and KEGG analysis; found dysregulation in cell cycle, immune pathways (upregulated), and liver metabolism pathways (downregulated).
