• A dynamic professional with 3+ years of experience in QC/QA in Engineering Field.
• Presently working with Karnavati Engineering Works as a Quality Supervisor.
• Strong ability to Measuring Instruments with precision and accuracy and fulfill quality reports as per ISO standards .
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Measuring Instruments like Vernier Caliper, Vernier Micrometer, Bore Gauge and other Mechanical Instruments, and Six Sigma Quality Management.
• Good hand on Test Certification according to ISO standards and Quality Assurance.
• An effective communicator with excellent leadership, relationship, management skills and strong analytical problem solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & detail- oriented attitude.
• Experience of Hydraulic Cylinders and System Quality Testing and Assurance with costumers.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes like (CNC Turning, Milling, EDM, Wire EDM, VMC, Sheet Meal, Welding, etc.).

WORK EXPERIECE

Role And Responsibility:

• Established inspection equipment to meet quality control standards.
• Developed monthly reports showing inspections and improvements.
• Supervised and directed quality control personnel through effective mentoring, coaching and work delegation.
• Supported audits and led teams to fully investigate quality control processes and root out deficiencies.
• Maintained inspection equipment and handled repair calls if equipment needed professional repair.
• Maintained QA programs.
• Solves problems related quality and take responsibilities for quality check and supervise product and prevent it's roughness, leakage and it's sensitive components before and after assembly.
• Handling customer portals like QC/QR Summary, PPAP and Warranty.

CTC DETAILS

Current CTC: Rs. 3.00 L per Annum.

Total Work Experience : 3+ years

Expected CTC: Rs. 5.00 L per Annum. (Negotiable)

Notice Period: 30 Days

• Lathe Tool Force Dynamometer (B. Tech.).
• Four Wheel Steering System (Diploma).

Training:

• Certification course on CAD/CAM.
• CNC & VMC operational and programming training.
