- 357Km (OWN) and 130KM IRU (Intracity + Baroda-Rajpipla-Rajpardi, Jamnagar) when I was in field
- Proactive action to minimize extra work and consumable expenses across FTR’s & hence control the cost
- Maintain and ensure OFC cable losses within the specs
- & laying of OFC cable as per specification to prevent degradation of OFC cable quality, splice losses <=0.1
- Driving filed team for various corrective and preventive maintenance activates with periodic tracking and updating to management
- Maintaining fiber reports for OWN, IRU/Swap fiber to keep track of fiber PR/Utilization/Losses/integrity for health of OFC network
- Ensure restoration time for cut/failure within spec
- Limit for OWN and IRU route, throughout the year to deliver OFC network availability -99.98%
