• 1.Chargeback project for all clients who uses MasterCard cards.
• Chargeback, also referred to as a payment dispute, occurs when cardholder questions transaction and asks their card-issuing bank to reverse it .Many clients do the same by logging in Master card portal.
• Implemented the same to all clients by giving them option in own user interface and connect to Master card by API connection. This enables clients to raise chargebacks from same interface they use . SME for this project.
• VROL integration project
• VROL stands for VISA resolve online where customers can raise disputes for VISA cards. This project was intended to bring VROL processing to clients into same portal just like Mastercard Chargeback project. Instead of API ,micro services were used to watch and process files
• UAT testing
• SEPA payments for Modulr payments
• SEPA stands for SIngle Euro Payment Area where customers can send money and receive money who has EURO account.
• Production Task Force for verifying bug fixes that happened in production environment

• Point of contact for Data Analytics Project and responsible for test planning ,test execution, test delegation and training to colleagues.

• Clients were given a customized dash boards which helps in decision making and strategy development. As a manual tester, did perform validations from sending valid and invalid data to validation at the end dashboard. Client projects include data dashboards for m4marry.com,manorama news (mobile & web)

• Manual tester for m4marry web and mobile applications which is website designed for matrimony.
• 3.Manorama news (Mobile Application project)
• Project in which people read news either Android or Ios applications. Validating advertisements in correct positions, news ,video playlists were the major check points

Responsible for taking voice calls and replaying emails to customers who sends money from USA to other countries using company's portal.
