Prepare and follow contingency plans for risk mitigation during unexpected events that affect the production process.
Dividing the monthly plan into bucket-wise production plans to have control over the dispatch of produced products on time to the customer.
Daily follows production trend and alter plans if needed.
Ensuring sufficient inventory of raw materials, considering the right materials at the right time, in the right quantities.
