- Created a custom pattern with specialized operations for discovering BMC devices in ServiceNow.
- Discovered BMC device data using REST API HTTP requests, and customized probes and sensors to ensure the HTTP probe triggered the BMC pattern.
- Configured custom port numbers to test and activate the BMC pattern during shazzam part of discovery.
- For network switches and routers, used SNMP-based discovery by modifying the out-of-the-box "Network Switch" pattern to match project requirements98.
