I'm started as a fresher in tci and that time I learned so many things in Civil. when I'm in a starting stage I have a lot of fear to interact with other's but earlier I was boost my self and I interact eachother to rectify the problem to solve quickly. The major and important thing in construction is never to be shy anything just learn what you didn't know and share about what about you know just do work to be responsible and passionate because civil is a doing of wonders to be make proud. in my experience i learnt so many things. we just want to adjust to the site condition.
