• Plant Operations: Coordinating plant activities for the set-up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives
• Handling operation of the 'Grain Spirit Plant & Molasses Plant'
• Maintaining reports for facilitating decision making by the higher management
• Functions Maintenance: Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability
• Proactively identify areas of obstruction / breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment's through application of trouble shooting tools
• Production Planning & Control: Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters
• Monitoring & Controlling Process of Grain cooking, liquefaction, saccharification, distillation, fermentation, Evaporation and other processes & its utility implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring adherence to quality systems implementation quality standards & maintaining requisite documents
• Analysing from raw material to finished product Grain / molasses / RS / ENA / Water / Effluent / COD / BOD
• Process Improvement: Identifying scope for planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity
• Industrial Engineering: Best water & utility management at Industrial level
• Team Management: Leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness / efficiency
• MIS: Data collection, Analysis and interpreter the data related to process
