· Expediting the Compressors, Pressure vessels, Pumps, Valves, Flanges, Pipes, Fittings, Firefighting material, Cables, Panels and bulk materials, etc. at suppliers shop as per project procurement plan or level of expediting(I/II/III/IV).

· Making expediting plan for equipment’s and materials as per purchase order or project requirements.

· Expediting suppliers in order to achieve the deliveries within the time as per project schedule. Also parallelly expediting the inspection & shipping teams in advance to finish their task within the time to meet the deliveries of a product as per project schedule.

· Highlighting delays to project managers/ project procurement manager and arranging meetings with vendors/suppliers for catch up plan and suggesting the solution to management to overcome the delays.

· Responsible for complete follow up with quality team until dispatch clearance understanding.

· Responsible for closing shortage, damage and rejected material issues with vendors.

· Expediting site services during commissioning of projects.

· Inspection Activities like Pneumatic test, Hydrotest, Final Dimension, Visual, NDT, Noise, performance, Vibration test, Fugitive Emission Test, Porosity Test, Adhesion, etc.

· Carry out all inspection before during & after welding & verify that correct WPS being used.
