• Key Projects Led:
  🔹 1. Collections Analytics & BI
  
  Leading this initiative focused on revolving credit products such as PayPal Credit (PPC) and Global Pay Later (GPL).
  Responsible for tracking the full collections lifecycle, from early delinquency to charge-off and recovery, enabling deep analysis of customer behavior and recovery strategies.
  Designed and delivered key performance dashboards to track metrics like roll rates, net credit loss (NCL), charge-off, agent performance, and recovery rates, which are critical for driving operational efficiency and improving customer recovery outcomes.
  Collaborating with collections operations and strategy teams to optimize agent actions, improve contact strategies, and monitor portfolio health.
  
  🔹 2. Credit Analytics & BI
  
  Heading this project to support merchant-facing products including PayPal Working Capital (PPWC) and PayPal Business Loan (PPBL).
  Overseeing the development of dashboards and analytical reports that track the customer credit lifecycle – from onboarding, loan disbursement, to servicing and delinquency.
  Providing strategic insights to credit policy and risk teams to enhance underwriting models, portfolio risk monitoring, and loan performance metrics.
  
  Additional Responsibilities:
  
  Driving the automation of legacy Excel-based reports into scalable and interactive Tableau dashboards, using SQL for data transformation and modeling.
  Played a key role in the Teradata to BigQuery (GCP) migration, working closely with engineering, data, and business teams to ensure data readiness and continuity of reporting post-migration.
  Mentoring a team of analysts, ensuring timely delivery of analytics projects, fostering innovation, and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Managing projects end to end delivery related to Qlik POD.
• Delegating Tasks based on bandwidth of the resources using Jira.
• Code Review of the team members.
