● Supporting on integrations of Halliburton acquired ESP Company SUMMIT, which includes to plan, maintain project schedule, make, and perform Process planning for onshore teams for technical data conversion and Migration process into Halliburton Artificial Lift Technology ERP system (SAP)

● Supported on Halliburton Artificial Lift and Drilling & evaluation tools, which includes mechanical design, Bill of material, Assembly Procedure writing and specification writing, RFQ update, RTA support, CWI parts list structure management, Tolerance stack-up analysis, Workflow processes using CWI (PDM).

● Raising new Engineering Change Request (ECR) or Engineering change notice (ECN) by analyzing the engineering drawing for any discrepancies.

● Process RTA (Request for Technical Assistance) customizations through all stages of design for intelligent completion systems and equipment that satisfy customer requirements. Customization work includes modifying existing designs for valve integrations and packers, creating design circles and feasibility studies, material changes, end connection changes, etc.

● Create/Review engineering drawings, bill of materials, component specifications and process specifications necessary to support manufacturing/production.

● Design and Development of Electro Mechanical kits by selecting different sensors based on the applications for surface equipment's.

● Efficiently prepare clear, concise and accurate concept design, schematics and other design
documentation’s as per the internal standards by reducing overall cost and timing objectives
under the guidance of technology advisor.

● CTDAS Electrical Design and cRIO support.

● Spec out components and wiring sensors, connectors, relays, power receptacles and cable glands for enclosures of applications on the coil tubing units by ensuring ATEX /NEC standard.

● Collaborate, communicate, and negotiate with engineering teams and stakeholders of the project.

● Standardized best practices to carry-over into future projects.

● Lead a team of 2 engineers and ensuring successful initiation, execution, and completion of assigned projects through monitoring, tracking and analyzing project control metrics.

● Create/Review engineering drawings, bill of materials, component specifications and process specifications necessary to support manufacturing/production.

● Submitting new Engineering Change Request (ECR) or Engineering change notice (ECN) by coordinating with manufacturing team.

● Create manufacturing specifications for purchased parts for different Halliburton vendors (Swagelok, Ashcraft, ABB, Abtech/Versa etc.).

● Design and drafting of various artificial lift, completions and surface equipment’s components.

● Conversion of legacy drawings to customer standards and align them with respect to current manufacturing process.

● Maintain the design documentation and updates through Product lifecycle management (PLM) / CWI (Cape Web Interface).

● Build the electrical control kits including Routing, Wiring Diagrams and hydraulic control kits which control the completion tools with Vendor Specification document. Analyzing the oil and gas tools and creating the Bill of materials for sales and manufacturing.

● To co-ordinate, support and review technical aspects of project deliverables and ensuring quality delivery to the customer

● Effectively interact with customers, customer service, sales and manufacturing personnel by phone, email and in person to gather information needed.

● Design and Development of mechanical assemblies, subassemblies & parts for Packaging machines used in the Folding carton, Corrugated board and Flexible material industries, sheet metal and Laminated Plates.

● Job involves Design & Modeling of various machine components especially used in Packaging Machine like sprocket, gear, shaft, fixtures and Brackets.

● Creating 3D model, Detailing and checking of detailed drawings as per Clients Standard.

● Worked on Engineering change notice (ECN). It is a document which records or authorizes a change to a specific design

● Customer co-ordination and document management (Supplier Document Requirements List, Vendors documentation management).

● Remastering to facilitate reverse engineering for casting and plastic components.

● To create and Make suitable changes to Bill of Materials for Manufacturability.

● Knowledge on PLM environment and SAP to create material management configuration.

● Ensure compliance with standards, process data and directives.
