Ø System Configuration as per the Architecture.

Ø Installation and activation of Rockwell software at industrial PC.

Ø Establishing the network communication between SCADA and PLC through Ethernet.

Ø Development of Logix in RSLogix 5000 .

Ø Creating Dynamic configuration and linking of graphics by Factory Talk View Studio.

Ø Communication of Drive with PLC using Ethernet. Power Flex 525, and 755 with Ethernet communication.

Ø Configuration of Trend Report & Alarms through Factory Talk View Studio.

Ø Conducting test in running plant and matching all data’s with the field instruments, with all its ranges and with the current data.

Ø Testing all the motors, doing changes as per the client requirement in SCADA as well as in Logic with all its interlocks.

Ø Full commissioning of site and giving handover to client.
