- Preparing a PowerPoint presentation to display the AUMs which are handled in each month
- Involved in the testing in UAT Environment for any funds before it moved to the production
- Working on Daily reports of IUTA’S, PRS Business Reports, Rejection reports & Change of address letters
- Daily preparation of endorsement reports to ensure all transactions are accurately processed
- PRS (Private Retirement Scheme) Capturing the data received by the client and timely processing the online transaction
- Providing the training to the new employees and giving UAT sign off
- Processing of all types of transactions with in the TAT
- Accountable for calculating dividend for daily wise and monthly wise on shareholders investments and providing the MIS information to clients regarding Dividend
- Daily uploading the NAV for allocating the units to investors based on the investment
- Preparing the endorsement report on daily basis, to know all transactions got processed correctly or not
- Working on online transactions which includes PPA, IUTA (IFAST, PMB, Kenanga & CitiBank),1 View & Clicks, Corporate
- Working on the daily count control report
