My Responsibilities include:

• To make sure sales samples are in accordance with buyer TP for Color, Quality & Design.
• Working on T&A, Pre-Production, Work in progress and closely monitoring all factories to make sure submission approvals, bookings are in sync with delivery dates.
• Regular Factory visits to Monitor Quality periodically at different stages of production such as Pilot, Inline, Dupro, Pack audit & Final Inspections.
• Ensuring timely submissions of Lab dips, FIT, PP, & TOP samples & worked closely with multiple teams of Buyer (Marketing/Design/Tech/Sales) to get the Approvals.
• Handling Buyer enquiries regarding Costing, New product development. Working closely with factories/vendors to secure best prices and terms in accordance to Quality.
• Monitored raw material costs and fluctuations, sourced new suppliers and identified favorable opportunities.
• Researched current industry trends and competitor activity to stay abreast of resources, technology and best practices.
• Making sure to keep up to date info on costs involved in processes such as Raw materials, trims etc.

• Handled Brands such as GIVENCHY, DMR & EUROPEAN FASHION GROUP.
• Worked on Sample submissions such as Sales, PP, FIT, TOP and Shipment samples.
• Worked closely with all vendors (Knitting, Printing, Dyeing & Embroidery) to make sure the order is on time.
• Learned completely about how Export Industry Works from Raw Material to Finished Product.
