• The intended use of the Track Wise Product Complaint Handling Application (PCHA) is to document the life cycle reporting and tracking of a customer complaint from the receipt of a complaint by any GE Healthcare (GEHC) employee, the review of unplanned service requests from the native service request systems, the ‘triage’ of these complaints and service requests as they relate to customer product complaints, the designation to a complaint, the evaluation, investigation and disposition of complaints, and the regulatory reporting for reportable complaints
