- Operate and communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of management, Customers, Suppliers regarding quality issues and implementing kaizens.
- Active Cross functional team member and contributed to investigating and determining root causes for internal and external rejections.
- Take part in Contract reviews, product and process quality plans and standard works that assure conformance to all customer requirements and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns in new contracts.
- Receiving inspection on all incoming materials and products from vendors as per Blueprint requirements.
- Read Blueprint, specifications, and quality plans to understand the requirements. Verify the COC and Test certificates and maintain records against the GRN. Accept and clear the parts in SAP for all conforming products.
- Reject and raise Supplier Quality Notification for nonconforming products. Supporting source inspection with Quality Inspector at supplier facility.
- Skilled in the use of Measuring and Test equipment’s such as Profile projector, Video Measuring System, Micrometer, Height gauges and Caliper, Rockwell and Vicker hardness tester, UTD.
