Through this project we developed instant soup mix which are convenient food product that are useful for day to day life Developement of vegan ice cream, Many of the people have lactose intolerance so, we developed vegan (dairy free) ice cream using plant based milk with natural sweetners. It is good alternative of dairy icecream. This product is best choice for people who seeking for dairy free product, lactose free ice cream. Development of Functional Flakes from Palmyra Sprouts, To utilise the under utlilized product to make ready to use convenient food product.
