• Planning need based awareness and intervention with respect to issues such as education, preventive health, sanitation in the rural community with Health department (Dengue, Covid-19, Community health Camp-Malnutrition ,RCH)
• Participation in Panchayat Raj Institution (PRI) to bring out the solution for existing problem in the rural community through Gram Sabha (Grievance redressal through e-governance)
• Leveraging stakeholder partnership for sustainability of the project along with SMC(Formation of Volunteer young wing in Govt schools
• Participated in situational analysis in yercard for the extension of RTS CSR project of Ashok Leyland in the field of primary education & community status
• Life Skills deliverance, Child safety , ChildLine includes POSCO act , assisting with Sakthi committee and students parliament in upper primary schools
• Facilitation of Government Scheme such as Suganya Samridhi Yojana (ssy) to empower girl children for their social development
• Intervention with respect to school dropouts , maximizing the Student Enrollment Ratio to Government schools through awareness.

• Contributed to student development by assuming the role of a social worker in an Ashram. Facilitated growth in education, promoted mental and physical wellness among students while cultivating favorable behavioral transformations.

Worked in a TIFED-sponsored and Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham-implemented project titled 'Technology Inputs in Promoting Indigenous Food Recipes of Irulas and Kurumbas Tribes and Empowering Disadvantaged Youth of Masinagudi and Ebbanad village of The Nilgiri District'.
