CI Mexico Cards and CI Personal Loans applications are Intranet Back Office applications, which are used for onboarding new Credit Card or Personal Loan applications. It captures customer demographics through various channels like Branches, Mass upload, Telemarketing, Citiphone and digital channels like ATM and Mobile. CI application authenticates the customer biometric fingerprint, verify document proof, interacts with various Local legacy systems to pull the existing account details, undergo background negative checks, blacklist, Citiscreening and Credit Bureau to name few.
All the data are evaluated for credit worthiness and provides approvals for the credit card and Personal Loan. Approval decisions are made interfacing with Credit Decision Engine (Blaze engine), based on which the Credit Card or Personal Loan applications will be approved and booked in Cards and Loans system.
CI Dealer/Telemarketing application is an internet-enabled feature for the Telemarketing users from different Point of Sales to capture customer data and create credit card applications. It also issues precreated card for the credit worthy customers

Global Common or Go To Common (G2C) is a Global initiative within Citi to have all the regions a common functionality and common code base. Some countries like SEA, MX, JP, TW have already gone live and are currently in BAU mode. This project is have to support the BAU (L3 support) and to take up any new enhancement for these countries.
- Eclipse Credit Initiation System – CI India
CI India is an integrated Card system running on the Eclipse platform. It gathers all the demographics and existing card performance details and decides approvals of Cards to the individual primary customers, supplementary applicants or corporate individuals. Apart from Online interaction, the major part is the batch file upload which will be updated by several sales agents which comes as feed to the system at most around 5000 to 10000 applications per day. These applications will under go certain checks like CDE (Credit Decision Rule engine), Credit Bureau, etc., to evaluate the card customer. It offers different types of cards like master, visa, cobrand, world money card, rewrite cards, etc.
