  • Leads Project team, establishes the project execution approach and overseas project handover, execution planning and monitoring and control of both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals

  • Review and scrutiny of customer specification, requirements and determine optimum solution for proposal
  • Understand and highlights potential risks in the proposal, quotations, discuss, plan and arriving at mitigation techniques
  • Effective Communication with factories, OEM & other third-party items for technical and commercial clarifications
  • Propose different solutions to Sales Team and support to identify the optimum solution
  • Technical Support and clarification during bidding process
  • Develop and establish positive relationship with existing and identify new customers
  • Finalize orders and handover to Operation team by conducting Internal KOM
  • Apply Effective methods to identify priorities, solve open points, preparation of schedule and identify the most efficient method to do the work
  • Update proposal status and follow-up with Factories, contractors, Internal and External Customers
