Chat assistant is a bot part of Verizon agent's portal. If customer has unsolved queries, they initiate a chat with agent. When customer request for something, Chat assist client send that query to middle ware and middle ware brings up the result from Google server based on customer query.

Paperz & Heartbitz - Education

Paperz is a educational system, it helps students to solve questionnaires according to their class standard. Paperz keeps track of students progress and show it in the app in graphical representation by month wise.

Heartbitz is a API which provides dynamic questionnaires to Paperz. There are thousands of micro services are written to generate questions, so that each question is unique and can not be repeated.
