- List of major prestigious projects handled between 2000 & 2014:
- Indian School of Business (ISB) – Institutional project on a 70 acre campus in Mohali planned to be executed in phases & intended for Gold rating. Phase-1 with 13 lac sft B.U.A comprised of mixed use developments like Administrative block, Quad/Lecture hall block, Auditorium, Executive Hotel block, Cafe, Centralised Dining/Multi-purpose block, Housing block for students/faculty, etc. Having got an opportunity to handle this prestigious project, listed are a few major contributions to this job from my portfolio. Taking a lead role in the project, involvement was in the following activities – Design development process, release of required drawings, documents & data facilitating the tender & construction process, required site visits, co-ordinating with Client, Principal architect, PMC, Consultants, Vendors, etc., to facilitate smooth execution & successful handing over of the project.
- Phase-2 with a B.U.A 6 lac sft B.U.A comprising of Library block, Executive education block, etc was also co-ordinated similarly & handed over at the design development stage.
- Embassy Corporate office – 50,000 sft area Corporate Office for Embassy builders at EGL, Bangalore. Co-ordinated for the entire concept / design process, compilation of required drawings / documents required for the handover of DD / tender stage.
- Infosys MC2 building – 2.0 lac sft project for measurement control division of Infosys at JP techno park, Electronic city, Bangalore. This was intended to be sustainable project & accordingly planned for providing a green building concept in terms of building & interiors as per client’s requirements. Successfully completed with conceptual & schematic stage with required sign-offs, etc.
- Bosch Manufacturing facility – 100 acre campus in phases for Bosch at Mysore road -Bidadi. This prestigious project comprises of DS&PT - production block with hangar units/Office/Dining spaces, Utility block for medical/fire depts., Gatehouse block housing support spaces, Centralised Kitchen & Multi-purpose block. Etc. Leading the project & successfully completed with concept, presentation, design development, co-ordination/preparation of tender related drawings, documentation with closure of tendering process. Currently working on the construction stage of the project.
